**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist in the operation and maintenance of vessel systems and equipment.
2. Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures under the guidance of experienced crew members.
3. Learn and apply navigational principles, including chart reading and plotting courses.
4. Support deck operations such as mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling.
5. Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
6. Follow orders and instructions from senior officers to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
7. Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
8. Maintain a positive attitude and teamwork mentality while onboard.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrolled in or graduated from a maritime academy program preferred.
- Basic understanding of maritime terminology and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced crew members.
