Developed project schedules using Primavera (P3.1/P6), incorporating S-curves and critical path analysis. Created progress management systems and monitoring tools, alongside work breakdown schedules. Prepared comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, as well as look-ahead schedules. Generated management information system reports for management and various disciplines. Reviewed subcontractor schedules and verified their daily progress. Monitored subcontractor daily productivity, controlling and recording day-to-day site activities.
