  • Prep and Buffet station – Prepared ingredients, Preps for my fellow cooks, and maned and prepared for the buffet station
  • Pastry Cook – I worked at this station the shortest my duties and responsibilities covered supplying In Room Dinning (IRD) with hotel amenities for guest, Pastries for the Apron (Hotels main restaurant) and making pastries for Banquet Event Order (BEO), Platting’s and supplying almost every pastry need of all the outlets
  • Toast and Tee Cook (TnT) - I supplied TnT with their day to day Hot and cold dishes like sandwich, burritos, salad, parfaits, etc…
  • Pantry Cook – The duties in this station includes prework for both AM and PM shift, making food from fruit cups, pastry, salad, sandwich, etc… for 6 outlets in the hotel
  • Banquets Gardmange cook - Duties and task in this department includes receiving and storing deliveries, preparing and making appetizers, charcuterie board, fruit plate’s. In this station we prepare bulk food for our banquet halls through out the entire hotel and resort.
