• Removal of rubber lining in storage vessels, tanks, thickener, rake arm, agitator blade, agitator shafting, ball mill, chute, rubber hose, O-ring, rubber gasket, expansion joint, picnc valve, cone lagging and molding rubber products.
• Prepare metal surface for rubber lining, which may include sandblasting and grinding.
• Routinely work with and apply cured and pre-cured rubber linings.
• Line interior of tanks, valves, vessels, pipes and other surfaces with rubber sheeting to prevent corrosion of vessels and to minimize contamination, shock, ignition or explosion hazards to contents.
• Mixed and applied epoxy in other repairs at vessels, tanks and pipes.
• Mechanical aptitude- competence in the use of grinders, buffers and rubber working tools and equipment.

• Repaired and restored structures and foundations in caustic and acid units.

• Promote safety by working safely adhering to company safety guidelines; which includes but is not limited to the proper use and safe handling of tools, equipment and materials and use of personal protective gear.
• Know, understand and capable of utilizing emergency response protocol during an accident.
• Able to work a variety of schedules; day and evenings, weekend and holiday, and also be willing to travel and work out of town on an as needed basis.

BELT CONVEYOR TECHNICIAN

• Carry out belt change outs to site requirements.
• Conducting conveyor inspection
• Set up and adjust in conveyor machines and equipment .
• Fabric splicing hot and cold according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conveyor belt repair and replacement in the cold process.
• Conveyor coal flex type repair and replacement in cold and hot process.
• Known the Installation and removal of belt conveyors.
• Set up conveyor vulcanizing equipment according to client requirements.
• Removal of FRP in a shell with holes in storage vessels, tanks and pipes.
• Prepare metal surface for FRP, which may include iron paper, grinding and sandblasting.outinely work with and apply cured and pre-cured FRP.
• Organized work to meet demanding production goals.
• Suggested specialized fixtures, test equipment and procedures for failure analysis.

• Prepare metal surface for FRP, which may include iron paper, grinding and sandblasting.
• Routinely work with and apply cured and pre-cured FRP.

RUBBER LINER

• Project In-charge in the whole project at Masbate Gold Project-Masbate, Mauban Quezon Power Plant-Quezon Province, Sem-Calaca Power Corporation-Calaca Batangas, Tiwi Geothermal Power Plant- Tiwi Albay, Rapu-rapu Minerals Inc.-Tiwi, Albay, Makban Geothermal Power Plant-Batangas and Philsaga Mining Corporation - Agusan del sur.

• Making of rubber pads, spacers, bumpers, bearing pads, rubber screen, rubber seals, impeller liners, rubber strips, rubber gasket, star rotor, stator hoods and valve seat.

RUBBER EXPANSION JOINT BUILDER / SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• Fabricated with different ends or couplings.
• Making of expansion in single hump, double humps and multiple humps.
• Making of expansion joints in off-set, lateral, concentric, eccentric, tapered, longer or shorter, face to face overall length and mismatched flanges.

FRP (FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PLASTICS) LINER

• Fabrication of various sizes of floater assembly.
• Repairs of FRP tank.
• Rehabilitation of FRP coated steam pipe lines.
