Organized, reliable and responsible Chef from New Zealand. I have permanent residency in Norway and all requirements already. 46 yo - educated chef and I have been in Norway working and off since 2006 and did the last two christmas seasons in Australia. I have been working the last 2 summers as the Kitchen manger of a busy American style restaurant called fjorn 2 hours north of Oslo 5 seasons there total. Prior to that worked a few years in Oslo in several catering companies and restaurants there. I have a lot of experience with kitchen economy and don't waste anything. I am used to filling out and understand the food safety systems. I work hard and fast and thrive in the busy rush time .I follow cleaning routines well and I'm always punctual and never had a day off. I have a great fun friendly attitude and get on well with everyone and really enjoy what i do. I'm passionate about food and looking forward to start a in a new work place from May.
