Duties and responsibilities

*Supervise fruit Care activities such as Bud capping,bagging,propping,de-fingering and de-flowering,hand tubing and leaf pruning

*Monitor fruit development,quality,and disease prevention

*Lead and train field workers in proper fruit handling

*Ensure implementation of farm standards and SOP's

*Maintain safety and proper use of farm tools and PPE.

Duties and responsibilities

*Responsible for checking ,verifying and monitoring farm activities to ensure that work of farm workers are follow the standard operating procedure of the company.

*Field inspection and monitoring

Conduct regular field audits to check farm operation and activities.

*Compliance checking

Ensure workers follow standard operating operation (SOP's)

*Data gathering and verification

Gather field data such as production activities,labor performance and inputs used.

*Quality control

Evaluate quality of farm work

*Reporting

Prepare daily,weekly or monthly audit reports,submit findings,issues and recommendations to management,and documents incidents,non-compliance or operational risk.

Duties and responsibilities

*Responsible for gathering and documenting information about the growth and results of banana plants in an expiremental study.

*Recording plant growth

Such as plant height,leaf size,and growth rate.

*Counting banana fruits

Noting how many bananas each plant produce

*Checking plant health

Observing if there are pests or diseases

*Tracking important dates

Such as planting,flowering and harvesting

*Recording data

Writing the collected information in a notebooks,forms,or computers.
