• It was my duty and responsibility to promote our new products by gathering dentists and provide training and information on how the new product will work and be beneficial to their future patients.
• I have also been assigned in the Marketing Support Department. It was my job to formulate an idea on how to make our presentation appealing and convincing to our targeted clients.
• On top of my 2 roles, I was also the Phlebotomist of the company. As a phlebotomist, my job was to extract blood from a patient and process the blood, and aspirate the PRP for tissue regeneration that is beneficial for the patient's healing and recovery from oral surgery or implantation.

• I trained and worked in Japan for a month as I have shared my knowledge in terms of the benefits of the concentrated growth factor and its application.

• It was my job and responsibility to optimize my client's Alibaba account to attract more sales.

• It was my duty and responsibility to promote our products to our target clients.
• My job was to take inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their needs, and follow up their orders.
• Responding in real-time to the client's inquiry and tracking of their orders.

• I teach online English lessons to my Chinese students ranging from beginners to intermediate.

• My job was interview specific clients and record their answers real-time.

Taking inbound and outbound calls to random numbers to promote and convince clients to avail our Healthcare services.

• One of my role was an offline scriber. As an offline scriber, I facilitate smooth operations with data entry and document management of the scanned documents that was sent to me to the EMR that we've been using.
• Another task that was given to me was to take inbound and outbound calls which includes: Appointment setting, Prior Authorization, Insurance verification, and Verbal prescriptions.
• Prior to my shift and in between shifts, I am also responsible in keeping up to date the patient's PMP prior to checking in.
