I have flexible job positions. My role as an IT staff is to provide technical assistance such as hardware/software/network troubleshooting to ensure smooth work flow, preventing as much technical difficulties as possible. As a workforce specialist, I am responsible for coordinating with the team leaders and their team to meet profit goals and provide reports for gross vs net sales of the day. As a quality assurance specialist, I am responsible for making sure all the calls from the agents meets the standard performance required for a quality service.

As a programmer I handled developing a software that composes of tracking and management of indicators by displaying real time indicator performance over the web from client to server. It involves several clients all over the Philippines and we had a team to work on it.

As a service crew I catered customers by providing a welcoming atmosphere for them to eat or stay for inquiry reasons. I maintain cleanliness of the dining area with the standards provided by our store manager while helping other service crew on other areas during busy hours.
