1. Consolidates division submissions, undertakes initial analysis and processing and assists in the preparation of Physical and Financial Plan (PFP) and other PFP-related documents requested by other offices such as DA, DBM, BAR, NEDA, Congress, and Senate;

2. Assists in the preparation of Budget Preparation Forms such as BP Form 202 and 203 and all necessary supporting documents; and encodes the said forms in the DBM Online System, and the Agency Performance Targets based on National Expenditure Program (NEP) and encodes in the Unified Reporting System (URS) of DBM.

3. Provides technical assistance along identified areas of division’s/section’s responsibilities:

a. provides assistance to the conduct of PPDS-initiated meeting specifically technical reviews, planning conferences, PFP-related workshops/meetings/activities i.e. budget preparation and/or allocation workshops and package outputs of aforementioned activities and other workshop/meetings/activities as necessary;

b. prepare necessary documentations and proceedings

c. prepare Actions Taken per Technical Review Workshop

d. prepare Face Sheet of project proposals upon approval of Actions Taken

4. Prepare pertinent reports and generates statistics on assigned responsibility area (Project Development, Short, Medium and Long-Term Development Plan)

5. Performs other relevant functions/special assignments as maybe assigned by higher authorities.
