CCR role supporting CVS Caremark - Health Plan Offshore account were in we are the Pharmacy Help Desk under the Medicare Part D benefit of the member's insurance. Responsible for handling member inquiries related to mail-order and retail prescriptions and other medication concerns such as prior authorization and other coverage determination concerns.
