- Ensure the delivery of key health programs, including but not limited to routine and catch-up immunization, prenatal and post natal services,NCD risk assessment

-Conduct regular health advocacy and education activities for the community and supporting the Local health Office and/or Rural Health Unit in strategizing to better integrate health topics into parents classes, family development sessions and any other activities

-Assists in the gathering of data related to disease surveillance including PIDSR, COVID-19 Surveillance, Events-based Surveillance, Vaccine Preventable Disease Surveillance among others

-Ensures the conduct of data collection, organization and data cleaning and analysis of COVID-19 Surveillance

-Ensure correctness and completeness of the information provided in the Case Investigation Form and database

-Assists in the gathering of data related to disease surveillance including PIDSR, COVID-19 Surveillance, Events-based Surveillance, Vaccine Preventable Disease Surveillance among others

-Ensures the conduct of data collection, organization and data cleaning and analysis of COVID-19 Surveillance

-Ensure correctness and completeness of the information provided in the Case Investigation Form and database

-Collects and completes the information required in the COVID-19 Case Investigation Form and other Surveillance documents required in the different COVID-19 application

-Supports Epidemiology and Surveillance Unit in performing disease surveillance and in submitting disease reports

-Assist during routine immunization sessions including COVID-19 vaccination activities

-Conduct health education on importance of Routine Immunization; and control of Vaccine Preventable Diseases

-Perform other immunization-related functions
