200 hours of remote supervised training through the HTE Network, instructed on what to do while serving guests, and performed actual food presentations with basic knowledge of delivering service, designing attractive menus, memorization of menus, and equipment.

On-the-job training in the housekeeping department exposed me to basic knowledge of housekeeping management. Trained in providing customer service and assisting with clean-up activities and functions. Ensuring a high degree of cleanliness and tidiness in a short period of time. Includes maintaining cleanliness, making proper bedding, anticipating guest needs, providing services, greeting every guest with enthusiasm, and arranging the supplies needed for every room.
