Job Role - As Operations Manager, my major tasks are:

• Manage day-to-day operations to maintain the company's workflow.
• interrelate different departments’ needs.
• Handle logistical resources - fuel, cash on hand, motor pool, etc., procurement, fuel management
• Opportunities with external partners to achieve objectives.
• Handling CAAP matters through Liaison Office
• Handle Student affairs through Student Affairs coordinator

Senior Flight Instructor

• Flight time 2800++ hours.
• Teaches PPL, CPL, Basic and Advanced Instruments

• Trained Ab initio pilot from PPL, CPL, and Instrument Rating according to PALAS Training Manual and standard.
• Taught Ground School training and is licensed as a Ground Instructor.
• Taught Simulators both Basic and Advanced Instruments as a precursor to instrument flight.
• Updated and refined training and operational manual as necessary.
• Additional role - Co-chair, Operations Committee
