My role as a Student Recruitment Senior Supervisor also involves handling the marketing and recruitment activities of the Institute to get students for degree programs. I am still responsible for conducting recruitment activities and marketing the institute for the programs offered in the Stephen Zuellig Graduate School of Development Management. The two (2) degree programs I handle are the Master in Development Management (MDM) and the Executive Master in Disaster Risk and Crisis Management (EMDRCM) program.

Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with potential students (clients), AIM faculty and school partners.
Planning and implementation of recruitment related events that will attract potential students and strengthen ties with partners in the local government, private sector, etc.
Hold physical/virtual presentations, information seminars, and screening sessions and proactively generate ideas to develop business opportunities.
-Develop, implement, and collaborate with the marketing team in crafting strategies to maximize domestic and international student recruitment.
Train and mentor new employees and assigned undergraduate students having their OJT.
Maintaining a recruitment database and usage of an internal CRM system that is aligned with the different departments involved (Finance, Registrar, etc.).
