Led and support commissioning projects for the different systems under Utilities section in relation to the expansion of the Polyolefins and Olefins plants.
Led in reviewing Alarm Documentation and Rationalization for various systems (SW, CW, Air, Tankage, etc.) to ensure proper alarms are in place and daily KPIs are met.
· Provided technical support in power optimization to ensure optimal power consumption of the plant.
Spearheaded the review of the process optimization of LPG system operation.
Involved in different Agile management projects to optimize process efficiencies for critical systems.
Conducted day-to-day monitoring of Water Systems, Wastewater System, Tankage System, Air, H2 and N2 Systems , generating monthly performance reports to ensure accurate tracking of system efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborated with different engineering disciplines for completion of various engineering management of change projects.
Participated in different process safety management methodologies (Design Review, HAZOP, Layers of Protection/SIL, What-if Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
Participated in different safety audits involved in different areas of the Olefoms and Polyolefins plants.
Gained comprehensive exposure to various departments within the JGSOC Plant, developing a well-rounded understanding of plant operations and interdepartmental workflows.
Engaged in a structured training program organized by the Technical Training Department, Safety, and Process Engineering Departments, focusing on key engineering and safety protocols related to plant operations.
