I've been working in United States for the past 3 years. I've learned a lot during those years. This are some of my skills that I'm willing to share in this platform, preparing different courses of dishes, proper way of handling food, best way of cooking a certain kind of dish, culinary rules, culinary language and discipline working in this Hospitality industry .
Preparing Alabama style dishes, grilling and smoking meat is one of the main part of this restaurant which I'm tasked to do the quality check of all the meat we prepare.
Working on front of the house dealing with customer's orders, reservation, taking to-go orders, and also facilitating the cleanliness and the crowd.
Worked at the hot line mainly working on saute station, grill station and salad station also training seasonal workers from different countries.
Worked as assistant cook preparing dishes for buffet 300 pax every weekend, cooking continental, Mediterranean and western cuisine.
