Land Acquisition

JE Hydro Bohol Surveys

• Encompassing four (4) sites for development surveys relating to water projects
• Conduct of general and specialized analysis for survey areas especially areas for water dam developments.

80 MLD Cavite Bulk Water Supply

• Study and survey of the 3.8 has bulk water facility and 27 Km main pipeline routes
• Completed fieldwork of the 30 Km pipeline and bridge river crossings in 2 weeks

Improvement of the Rio Verde Bulk Water Supply

• Resurvey of the main pipeline and identification of available water sources based on legal documents from LWUA.
• Identified the needed survey requirements for gravity based pipeline main distribution network to correct new alignments

Cebu Province Bulk Water Supply

• Supervising and ensuring quality assurances of large scale drone surveys using Agisoft Metashape and corrected by survey grade Trimble GNSS products:

5 MLD Alae - Balubal Bulk Water Supply Study

• General and Level III survey of the whole areas of interest at Barangays Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, and Balubal, Cagayan de Oro City.

Level 3 Baungon Water Supply Study

• General and Level III survey of whole areas of interest for the municipality of Baungon, Bukidnon.
• Identified the key areas and points of interest for the distribution of potable water using various techniques to lessen fieldwork time.

Manolo Fortich Land Development

• Preparing survey reports for all surveys completed
• Ensures detailing and quality assurances of 3D models using Autodesk Civil 3D for survey and civil works
• Initiating business development with various clients for survey needs and performing pre-survey studies for drone flight feasibility, geodetic network, mobilization and demobilization.

• Creating effective maps, charts and CAD drawings based on project-specific requirements.
• Digitized over 8000+ Kms of roads in the Province of Cebu for piping layouts and schemes

Conducted various roles as a Geodetic Engineer to analyze, plan, and enable strategies for the Master Plan of the Metro Manila Flood Risk Mitigation initiative of the Department of Public Works and Highways.

• Checking of raised structure accurate to 1 millimeter at a height difference of 70 centimeters
