My daily tasks include answering guest inquiries and resolving guest complaints. I also send check-in and check-out instructions, making sure that reservations are blocked in the channel manager to avoid overbooking. Assigning cleaner’s schedules and checking cleaner pictures are also part of my tasks. I also manage the listings by making sure pictures, policies and amenities are updated on the travel website.
