● Know the deadline or the schedule of internal testing such as integration or analyst output verification or customer acceptance testing.
● Determine the budget or the map type classification and how it might impact the scope and limitations of tests.
● Recognize project-related personnel and their responsibilities, reporting requirements, required standards and processes (such as release processes, change processes, etc.)
● Establish test environment requirements (script configuration, versions, system files, etc.)
