Is responsible for managing the overall technical operation group operations planning activity and schedule.

DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF DUTIES/ACTIVITIES:
1. Design schedules and allocates suitable resources.
2. Oversees the implementation of plan and schedules for operations.
3. Conducts forecast and coordination on schedule with maintenance, materials and production planning.
4. Evaluates proposals for the expansion or updating of the planned schedule.
5. Plans and develops effective and relevant technical reports, analysis and work scope.
6. Monitors inconsistencies in the material and planning operations.
7. Handles the resolution and coordination with operations planning team and work groups.
8. Supervise the material and production planner staff.
Supports and ensures the timely purchase requirements of the end-user as the highest level of quality and lower cost.

DETAILED BREAKDOWN OF ACTIVITIES/DUTIES:
1. Processing of purchase requests for the AMO aircraft part and other local materials needed for Operations.
2. Coordinating with the supplier on the MROs
3. Monitoring instruments and parts of the aircraft when the said part/s are in the MRO for overhauling.
4. Coordinating with international suppliers when it comes to replenishments and engine conditions.
5. Maintaining records and updating through Google Sheets tracker on aircraft parts, life vests, instruments, propellers, and engines for overhauling.
6. Coordination with logistics for timely delivers and tracking of items requested.
7. Helps with quality inspections of received materials, flagging damages or inconsistencies for immediate action.
8. Organize and categorize digital files (such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.) for efficient retrieval and reference.
