• Consolidated data on the outputs of beneficiaries of Social Enterprise Program workshops.

MONITORING AND EVALUATIONS

• Develop and implement a comprehensive MEAL framework for the project, including the creation of tools, methodologies, and indicators to measure project outcomes and impact.
• Regularly monitor project activities to ensure they are aligned with the project’s goals and objectives.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the project.
• Prepare and disseminate timely MEAL reports, including findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for program improvement.

ACCOUNTABILITY

• Establish and maintain a robust accountability mechanism that ensures the participation and feedback of beneficiaries in project activities.
• Promote transparency and accountability in project implementation through the development of communication channels between the project team, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate the integration of feedback and complaints into the project design and implementation process.

LEARNING

• Organize and lead learning sessions with project teams and stakeholders to reflect on data findings and explore areas for improvement.
• Document and share key lessons learned and best practices within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge products, such as case studies, success stories, and learning briefs.

COLLABORATION AND COORDINATION

• Collaborate closely with program managers, technical advisors, and partners to ensure alignment between MEAL activities and program goals.
• Coordinate with external evaluators, consultants, and donors during evaluations and assessments.

COMPLIANCE

• Ensure that all MEAL activities are compliant with donor requirements, organizational standards, and ethical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all MEAL-related activities and documentation.
