Experienced team leader passionate about delivering outstanding quality and service. Recognized for exceptional performance over 8 years in the industry. Known for being organized and dependable, successfully managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willing to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
As an import operator, my current responsibilities involve registering Consol and Shipment jobs for FCL/LCL documents. I analyze and chase down any missing paperwork related to shipments, including brokerage job rego for customs clearance, and register these details in the CargoWise One system.
My duties also include posting any invoices received from agents, reviewing tracking information from various shipping lines, and matching details using 1STOP. I prepare and send Sea Cargo Reports to Australian customs, as well as manage manifest submissions and update Outturn Reports for LCL shipments. Additionally, I update the sailing schedule and communicate vessel delays to various Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
I am responsible for triggering notifications that transfer data and information to the relevant departments, as well as monitoring different dashboards for follow-ups and data entry checks.
I am an Officer and Team Leader at the Virtual Documentation Center (VDC), and I am an expert in creating Bill of Lading documents from customers' shipping instructions. I work with high levels of pressure and maintain an unwavering focus on detail. I possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, which allow me to effectively understand and execute instructions. I am highly committed to completing tasks within strict deadlines and with minimal supervision. Additionally, I am well-versed in root cause analysis and providing preventive actions to mitigate future issues.
