Obstetrical - Operating Room Nurse

Responsibilities;

• Ensure that the operating room is clean, sterilized, and ready to go at any time.
• Gathering all supplies needed to complete an operation safely.
• Assess patients prior to surgery (e.g. NPO status) and alleviate their concerns.
• Position and prepare patient on operating table.
• Pass medical instruments or other objects to the surgeon during operation.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs to detect anomalies.
• Evaluate patient in postoperative phases.
• Adhere to safety standards and precautions.
• Assume duties within or out of the sterile field as assigned.
• Monitoring post-operative patients' levels of recovery and consciousness from anesthesia and providing updates to the treatment team as needed.
• Treating pain, nausea, and other post-operative symptoms of anesthesia and administering medication as prescribed.
• Regularly checking vital signs to quickly intercept any potential issues and ensure a smooth recovery.
• Keeping bandages, dressings, etc. clean, dry, and safe.
• Educating patients and their families on post-surgery care, as well as answering questions.
• Updating charts, patient files, and medical records.

Medical Ward Nurse

Responsibilities;

• Assess patients medical needs.
• Provide prescribed medications, and monitoring them for side effects or any adverse effects.
• Provide day to day quality care and treatment for patients.
• Provides physical and psychological support to patients and families.
• Provides pre and post operative care.
• Acts as a patient advocate within the team.
• Monitoring, reporting, and recording symptoms or any unusual changes in patients condition.
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Prescribing assistive medical devices and related treatments.

Delivery Room Nurse

Responsibilities ;

• Assess patients in triage for preterm labor, active labor, rupture of waters, pregnancy complications, or co-existing issues.
• Assist in maintaining pregnancy in antepartum mothers.
• Fetal assessment and monitoring.
• Maternal physical assessment.
• Manage patients in labor, including induction assistance, pain management, education, and delivery support.
• Assist and circulate in operating room for cesarean sections, tubal, and emergency obstetric procedures.
• Patient education related to medications, labor, pushing, delivering, and postpartum care of mother.
• Breastfeeding and postpartum support.
• Assist in fetal demise.
• Collaborating with care management team, including anesthesiologist, physician, lactation nurse, and charge nurse.

Operation Manager

Responsibilities;

• Organizing stocks and equipments, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security.
• Maximizing profits and achieving sales targets set by head office, controlling takings in the restaurant, etc.
• Recruiting new staff, training and developing existing staff, motivating and encouraging staff to achieve targets, coordinating staff scheduling.
• Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with food safety regulations.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
• Handling of customer complaints and queries.
• Proper management of machine, people, money, materials and stocks.

Receptionist

Responsibilities;

• Assist in keeping the office and reception area clean at all times.
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no show in line with the company policy.
• Fulfill all reasonable request from guest to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately to the line Managers including all furniture. fitting and equipment.
• Responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency.
• Involved and contribute at team meetings.
• Carry out instructions given by the Manager team and head office.
• Deal with all inquiries in professional and courteous manner, in person, telephone, or via-Email.
