Duties and Responsibilities

  • Checking process payroll, all mandated government compensation, and benefits;

  • Conduct Emergency preparedness drill (COVID19 surge, Earthquake and Fire), SAFETY OFFICER 2, Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to help, Ensure that all Health and Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated.;
  • Coordinate the development of Health and Safety policies, systems of work, and procedures, Participate in monthly meetings when required to report on relevant health and safety matters, Coordinate with ERT’s team for compliance activities;
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, appointment, and travel arrangements of the President, Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, Attend and manage incoming calls., Liaise with internal staff at all levels, Interact with other clients based on the instructions from the President;
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements when necessary;
  • Process SWP/AEP VISA PEZA extensions and renewals, Process ECC of foreign Nationals who will need to back to their home country with BI., Process report to PEZA regarding registration of Foreign Nationals' headcount, Process PRC permit to those foreign nationals who will be employed and practice in the Philippines., Monitor and process company cars' annual registration and preventive maintenance schedule., Process annual renewal of car stickers from the park;
  • Supervise and delegate tasks of the company’s utility personnel, Monitor and assist the company’s maintenance and report;
  • Manage staff and operations daily, Check PO requests for office supplies and needs;
  • Check cleanliness and orderliness of company facility, inside and outside premises;
