Identify, review, analyze, and manage operational risks in business units.
Responsible for processing the customer's request to alter features/enhancement on their telephone lines. (Porting, EF, etc.)
Responsible in answering emails/calls in a timely manner from different types of entities.
Responsible in providing comprehensive and quality customer care at all times through the resolution of customer care issues about their Past Due account.
Process booking for Flight, Hotel, Car, and Activities & Services.
Order Entry (Porting, Disconnecting line, Creating Directory Listings, etc.)
Assist customer inquiries (billing, basic troubleshooting, etc.)
General encoding (reports for time-spent, per-account and delinquency of the production staff).
Perform other related tasks, as assigned, whenever necessary.
