Manage and Control of Qatar Airways fleet aircraft configuration ensuring that all components installed on the aircraft are tracked and maintained on the approved MIS system.

Key Accomplishments:

- Lead and manage the Hardtime and LLP component project review which result in accurate monitoring of 80000 HT and LLP components installed on Qatar Airways Fleet.

- Lead the IFE introduction project in the IT system which leads to support warranty claims of IFE components.

- Focal person for component configurations team on the induction of BOCA aircraft into Qatar Airways Fleet.

- Lead the FCRM project for the introduction of 1200 FCRM SN’s into Qatar Airways MIS system to support the released EASA AD for the FCRM.

- Focal person for component configurations team to support the transition from TRAX to AMOS system.

Lead a group of Configuration Engineers in management and control of Cebu Air aircraft configuration. Ensure that aircraft configuration records are properly tracked on the company’s approved MIS system to maintain fleet airworthiness. Coordinate scheduling and tasks assignment to meet project deadlines. Oversaw daily operations of the section ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

Key Accomplishments:

- Lead the establishment of Aircraft Configurations team for Cebu Air fleet.

- Define the duties and responsibilities for the newly established Aircraft configurations team.

- Create and defined the processes for Aircraft configurations team.

- Create and define the aircraft configuration of Cebu Air fleet and the Landing Gear and Engine configuration tree.

- Lead the transition of aircraft configurations from Excel to AMOS system.

- Focal person for the review of OCCM, Hardtime, LLP and structural repair records for the sale of five (5) A319 aircraft.

Manage and review of technical publications issued by OEM and airworthiness authorities. Issue and create Engineering instructions for compliance of mandatory and recommended modification/inspection documents to maintain airworthiness and reliability of Cebu Air fleet.

Key Accomplishments:

- Establish the cabin maintenance program for Cebu Air fleet.

- Lead the recovery of RP-C3266 runway excursion which damage the Nose Landing Gear and partial skin replacement from FR24-FR35.

- Lead the Landing gear replacement program for the A320 and ATR fleet of Cebu Air Inc.

Manage and review of technical publications issued by OEM and airworthiness authorities. Issue and create Engineering instructions for compliance of mandatory and recommended modification/inspection documents to maintain airworthiness and reliability of Cebu Air fleet. Evaluates assists and issues corrective instructions on airframe structural defects observed during maintenance checks of the contracted AMO and/or during operations as required.

Key Accomplishments:

- Introduce the Dent and Buckle Chart for the Zest Airways fleet.

- Lead the modification of 6 MA60 aircraft Wheel on weights modification.
