1. Implements Franchise Agreement, Policies , Directions and Business Decisions.
2. Represents Franchisor to ensure Julie' Brand , Standards, and Systems are maintained across all Franchised Stores.
3. Manages the day-to-day Franchisor-Franchisee relationship and partnership.
4. Monitors Branch /Area Sales and Profitability performance in relation to Targets. Coaches Branch Supervisors in formulating action plans, initiatives and strategies in order to hit the desired numbers including Company-owned stores.
5. Conducts regular Branch Visits as Head Office's conduit to the Stores cascading Company's Plans and Programs . as well as compliance and adherence to the Quality Standards.
6.Conducts Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Business Reviews with the Franchisees to assess the overall performance of the Branch Branch /Clusters as well drive Brand Accountability.
7. Works in tandem with the Regional Marketing Manager to ensure compliance and flawless execution of Marketing Programs for systemwide and Local Store Marketing.
8.Conducts periodic Quality Audits to address Quality and Service issues that may impact Brand, Sales , Profitability and Operating Standards.
