The PM Department Lead assumes the leadership in managing the performance of the Project Management Department. The role has overall accountability of the PM Department’s resources, operations, and growth. The PM Department Lead will facilitate, on a higher level, the planning, management, and coordination of the flow of production information between external and internal stakeholders, monitor all stages of production, ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project cycle, and work with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

The Quality Control Department Lead assumes the leadership in managing the performance of the Quality Control Department. The role has overall accountability of the QC Department’s resources, operations, and growth. The QC Department Lead will facilitate, on a higher level, the planning, management, and coordination of the flow of production information between internal stakeholders to ensure that client expectations are delivered with high quality, accuracy, and timeliness. The QC Team generally focuses on delivering 100% accurate outputs timely.
