a. Generator 1&2 - Quarterly PMS

b. Elevator - Quarterly PMS

c. FDAS - Annual PMS

d. Sewage Treatment Plant - Annual PMS

e. VFD & Constant Pressure Pump - Annual PMS

f. Restaurant and Kitchen Equipment - Quarterly PMS

2. Responsible for overseeing the procurement of goods and services through appropriate bidding processes to achieve optimum price value while maintaining superior quality consistent with established policies and procedures.

3. Research product lines; provide Purchasing Director with recommendations regarding new ideas and new products that will achieve better cost control.

4. Develop and maintain positive supplier relationships and work with vendors to ensure the quality of goods purchased meets company standards

5. Exhibit extensive teamwork with colleagues in multiple departments across the company in relation to procurement.
