Project Management Office (Project Base) Primary Function:
- Managing and coordinating shared resources, risks, policies, and documentation among projects.
- Analyzes the team's projects and challenges.
- Provide a composite solution to common issues.
- Collects best practices within different segment teams.
- Work with the Project Teams Leads to understand the issues and escalates to the Project Management Team.
- Managed budget allocations to prioritize spending on high-impact projects, optimizing resource utilization.

- Facilitate the delivery of training and mentorship to the different segment teams.
- Provides progress reports to the PMT on a periodic basis.
• 2019 (May onwards) PMO for MPhil 4.0 Project. Five-year plan project for operational excellence for aggregate systems. It's a culture, mindset, and journey for the right processes.
- 2018 (April - March 2019) PMO for the Agila Project. Plant-wide operation alignment and standardization of processes with the Mthai and Mphil teams to make the plant as similar as possible.
• 2016 (February to December 2017): PMO for the Jeepney Project. An integration project after the acquisition of Microchip. This covers systems, operations, and device integration at Finaltest Operation.
Production Manager Primary Function: Managing different areas for Test Operations (microcontroller and memory devices).
- Develop team strategies and plans that align with the team's goals and expectations.
- Review the production cost and budget.
- Strong communication with the team for the daily results and action plan.
- Coaching team members and support groups involved in operations.
- Developing operational policies, setting appropriate performance expectations for employees.
- The role also requires leading relevant projects and initiatives for the operation.
- Oversee people's welfare, the employee ladder, and people management.
- Accountable for delivery, quality, and safety within my area of responsibility.

• Achieve departmental goals and objectives, by developing and executing startegic plans and performance Metrics (Quality, delivery, utilization, cost/unit, cycle time, yield).
• Leads operational team (Engineers, Supervisors, Group leaders, Technicians, and DL) to achieve high standard service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyzes quarterly headcount and built plan.
- Review requirements versus capacity with the operational team and IE group.

- Lead quality problem solving through PDCA/8D works closely with the copywriting team.
