· Collect, receive, store and distribute COVID-19 and routine vaccines based on national standards.
· Acknowledge receipt of COVID-19 vaccines, routine vaccines and other immunization supplies from the Provincial NIP Coordinator and Cold Chain Manager and update the vaccine control card.
· Monitor and record the temperature of the cold chain equipment based on the existing guidelines of the National Task Force against COVID-19 and National Immunization Program, every day, including weekends and holidays.
