  • Responsible for the preparation, planning and budgeting activities of the Municipal Health Office as instructed by the Municipal Health Officer.
  • In-charge in the maintenance and safekeeping of important files, memorandums, circulars, office correspondence and other official documents of the Municipal Health Office.
  • Assist the MHO in regular coordination to DOH Main and Regional Offices, Provincial Health Office, other Gov't Agencies, Municipal Mayor, Municipal Vice Mayor, and Sangguniang Bayan Members, in relation to the programs being implemented in this agency.
  • Responsible in the dissemination of information, distribution of copy of new/updated memorandums, circulars, guidelines and other pertinent rules and regulations to the Municipal Health Officer and/or other MHO personnel.
  • Assist the Municipal Health Officer in the preparation of all pertinent documents needed for the accreditation of all DOH programs such as but not limited to PhilHealth, KONSULTA, Maternity Care Package, Newborn Care Package, being implemented under this Local Government Unit.
