• Provide training/guidance to GIS PID Inspectors on quality requirement, procedure & best practices.
• Monitor performance matrix and KPI of GIS PID Inspectors and Contractor QC personnel.
• Ability to mentor, lead and develop the team of quality professionals effectively.
• Ensuring all organization committed to quality policy compliance and work towards organization set quality objectives.
• Lead the weekly quality meeting with SAPMT and Contractor to ensure quality items are on the agenda. Discussed all forms of violations, proactive notifications, personnel requirements etc.
• Perform detailed evaluation of monthly Project Quality Index (PQI).
• Perform Project Design review and addressing quality issues that may impact the Project milestone.
• Review and approval of Project quality documents such as Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Control Procedure and Weekly Deliverables.
• Support Saudi Aramco Project Management Team (SAPMT) for reviewing Technical Query (TQ) for any potential violations of the standards and providing recommendations.
• Participate on the facility walkthrough and initiate facility exception item list thru Mechanical Performance & Close-Out System (MPCS).
• Initiate Equipment Deficiency Report (EDR) when purchased inspectable equipment / material was received at site & found deficient due to manufacturing problem.
• Prepare & submit Focused Assessment, Weekly Highlight, Inspector’s Weekly & Monthly Report.
• Monitor the status of RFI and Quality Notification log in EPM on daily basis.
• Attend RFI and conduct daily site surveillance to ensure that activity is in accordance with standard.
• Initiate general comment, pro-active notification and standard violation in EPM as needed to document quality observations at site.
