In my role at Tele2 as a mobile app developer, I was instrumental in advancing the company's digital transformation efforts by developing a mobile application using React Native. This application was designed to modernize the process within telecom operator outlets by transitioning from traditional paper contracts to digital formats. Its core functionalities included the capability to scan passport data efficiently, which facilitated the quick and accurate collection of customer information. Additionally, the app streamlined the contract fulfillment process and enabled digital signing, significantly enhancing the customer experience by making contract processes faster, more secure, and environmentally friendly.
