• Shell Refinery Bukom Island to Pasir Panjang twin 10” Offshore Shallow Water Pipelines, Fit out Shallow Water Pipe lay Barge Construction manage Shallow Water Pipe lay operations including Beach Pulls, Challenging project undertaken. In Singapore’s main shipping channel anchor patterns severely restricted, Due to excessive marine traffic extra length pendent bouy wires were used to bring anchor pendant buoys back to within approved Restricted distance from barge closely liaise pipelay operations with Singapore port authority.

• Town Gas Pipe Line Project Construction Manager Fit out of Offshore Shallow Water Pipeline lay barge to twin pipe lay configuration. Lay twin 20” pipelines simultaneously from Dapeng PRC across Mirs Bay and through Tolo Harbour, pipes were laid through Marine Police boom gates at the Tolo Harbour entry,marine park sensitive areas and local fish farms in Tai Mei Tuk, Pipelines buried by post trenching machine to achieve 3m Armor Rock cover placed by Derrick Lighter and Rock Placement Hopper barge, pipe crossings constructed by marine piles with restricted anchor patterns caused by anchor crossings of existing services including the use of mid line anchor buoys to ensure anchor wires not to come into contact with existing underwater services.

• North Luzon Expressway. Responsible for Earthworks, Structures, Bridge widening, Bore piling, Widening of existing 80khm dual carriageway highway under live traffic conditions, Construction of Toll Plazas, Roundabouts, interchanges and Viaducts, Novaleches Fly over and Bridge Seismic Retrofitting.

• Light Rail Responsible for the fabrication of composite bridge beam and bridge diaphragms and permanent formwork in King Hang fabrication yard, Nightshift Installation of Suspended Bridge beams, diaphragms and precast decking during Rail Network Nightly Shutdown, concrete casting of decks, parapet installation

• Westrail Responsible for the Installation of FST, LVT Track Systems and track infill concreting including collision up stands and coping slabs throughout TBM Tunnels and Stations along West rail line.

• Mulawagela Pipeline and SPM Project Responsible for Pipe Lay barge fit out and production work for pipe lay and SPM Installation. Directional drilling under shallow reef for beach pulling operation then lay away and abandon pipe line, Sink and pile Marine Plem, measure fabricate and fit underwater tie in spool, positioning of plem mooring system and cross tensioning and anchorage system, beach assembly of SPM pick up floating hose installation of floating pick up hose, Flood, gauge pig and hydrostatic testing and SPM System.

• Cabot Chemical Plant Offshore 18” Shallow water Pipe Line and SPM. Responsible for Lay barge Fit out and all production activities For Pipe Lay, Beach Pull 18” pipeline to shore and lay away pipe in pre dredged trench and Pipe Laydown, Position of subsea Plem measure fabricate and fit underwater tie in Spool, positioning of plem mooring system and cross tensioning, beach assembly float off and installation of floating pick up hose to Plem system, Flood, gauge pig and hydrostatic Testing of SPM system.

• HKIA North: Cargo Apron Works Responsible for Fabrication and installation of 18” Aviation Fuel Bunkering Systems including internal coatings to Aviation Cargo Stands Associated civil work and pavements, tie ins to existing Hydrant System, testing and commissioning of Hydrant System.

• Tai Po to Butterfly Valley Aquaducts Fabrication Installation Tai Po to Butterfly Valley WSD Aqua Ducts, Fabricate 2.7m dia steel liners in PRC, Installation of 13Km of 2.7dia Steel liner through TBM Bored Tunnels and Shafts VIA Pipe Transporter, Fit and weld Pipe Liners by Bugo semi-automatic welding system on 2 open work faces, installation of 6m diameter 60m high carbon steel surge relief shafts. In situ placement of cement mortar lining, Hydrostatic testing of Aquaducts

• Sual Power Station. Responsible for topside concrete casting of jetty slabs fit out of 300m long Coal Loading Jetty.

• HKIA Aviation Fuel Facility. Responsible for Mechanical Piping Erection, Rotating equipment installation, Stringing fit up of 8Khm of twin 20”Onshore Pipelines including internal and external coatings, Pigging Gauging and Hydrostatic testing of onshore pipelines, Erection 9 Aviation Fuel storage tanks and all above ground process piping systems.

• Butterworth to Penang Twin 44” Bottom Pull Pipeline Construction of Twin Pipeline launch way and winch Platform structure, Lay of pulling cables for the bottom pull of Pipelines across, Penang marine channel, fit up welding NDT and coatings of twin bottom pull 44” lines, Installation of Flotation tanks to enable greater negative buoyancy, Installation of Armor rock above pipelines, Pigging Gauging and Hydrostatic testing of pipelines.

• Tai Lum Chung to Lantau Island WSD 82” Bottom Pull Pipeline Construction of Marine Launch way opposite Tuen Mun Hiway and winch platform at Lantau Island Lay of pulling cables for the bottom pull of pipeline across Lantau island channel, Position 55T Pipe segments to launch way and align fit up welding NDT and coatings, bottom pull of 82” pipeline, Installation of Flotation tanks to enable greater negative buoyancy, Launch string and float of 2 x 200m Pipe strings from launch way

• CLP Black Point Power Station. Structural Fabrication and erection of 6m dia Chimney flues, Helical Staircases and flue support steel and refractory lining, stationed in Shatin PRC to manage the fabrication of Chimney Flues and associated steelworks including all quality records, barge all steel work back to Black Point Power Station and manage all site erection works inside Waste Heat Chimneys.

• Mobil Refinery Mechanical erection of 3 x 600T Entec Naphtha charge heaters, Installation of radiant coils and associated waste heat ducting steel work and platforms, Erection of Fin Fan Coolers above Piperacks, Installation of piping systems throughout pipe racks, Testing and Commissioning of Piping Systems

• North West Shelf LNG Train 3 Responsible for Propane Compressor enclosure Installation of Suction Discharge piping, Lube oil and seal oil systems and Compressor enclosure associated piping systems. Balancing and final alignment of compressor piping to compressor suction and discharge flanges, Testing and Commissioning of LNG Train 3

• Cooljarloo Mineral Sands. Responsible for the Mechanical Piping Erection, Rotating Equipment Installation of Pigmentation plant, Installation of tanks and agitators, hoppers, vertical bucket conveyors, Fibreglass process piping, Testing and commissioning of Systems and Plant Startup.

• Fremantle Port Authority Warf Bunkering System Expansion Project Installation of additional 20”bunkering line to multi berth Cargo loading and re fueling Port, Fabricate pipe strings temporary Cap, float strings into position and hoist to Final location for fit up and welding, Coordinated NDT and Coatings Testing and Commissioning

• Australian Ship Building Industries Project: State Ships. Fabrication and Installation of Piping Systems throughout Engine room and Hull double bottoms of 3 Number 82m Cargo Ships.

• North West Shelf LNG Train 2. Responsible for piping installation to Nuove Pignone Propane Compressor Enclosures, Piping Installation of compressor Suction Discharge piping Lube Seal oil and associated Process Piping systems and waste heat recovery units. Testing and Commissioning of LNG Train 2

• Shell sulphur recovery unit. Responsible for Piping Installation to Pipe racks.

• Linde Gas Project Mechanical Piping Installation, Responsible for fabrication and erection of piping to process Columns and pipe racks, LPG Bullets and Tanker Loading Docks.

• ICI Ethylene Expansion Ethylene Compressors Enclosure, Mechanical Piping Installation Suction Discharge process piping.

• ICI Olefins 2 Project Mechanical Piping Installation to piperacks.

• Project: Nabalco Bauxite Plant Rehabilitation Mechanical Piping Installation for Bauxite Plant revamp

• Project: Kidston Gold Mine. Mechanical Piping Installation Gold processing Plant installation of leaching tank Agitators and aeration systems, installation of ABS Piping systems

• Cooper Basin Liquids Project Moomba Gas Fields. Responsible for Gas Compressor Enclosure Piping installation, Waste heat recovery unit. Piping, Pipe Racks onsite Piping pre Spooling installation and balancing of Compressor Suction Discharge piping and associated process and Utility Piping

• Ranger Uranium Project Acid Plant tasked with onsite fabrication of process piping and erection throughout Acid Plant Also tasked with pipe string preparation for twin 12” onshore pipeline to tailings ponds to maintain pipeline progress to onshore welding crews.

• Undertook Numerous Shutdown work which were carried out at Caltex, Shell, and ICI Refineries working on CCR, CCU Sulpher Recovery units Waste Heat Recovery Units, Process Columns as well as ICI Olefins and Catoluem plants, time was spent in main workshop carrying out pipe spooling fabrication for various shutdown works for Caltex and Shell Refineries, workshop fabrication for launching legs of Cobia and Fortesque Bass Straight Oil Production Platforms

• Indentured Apprentice assigned to German Master Tradesman and Technical College attendance where taught to read and interpret General arrangement and Isometric drawings and the trade of Boilermaking Welding and Piping Fabrication.
