• Operates Automated Analyzers to perform CBC, PT, and PTT tests, also Perform Manual Reading of CBC parameters, including Differential Count and Morphology Assessment
• Prepares and Conduct a readings of Peripheral Blood Smear, Reticulocyte slides, and other Body Fluids such as Semen Analysis, Synovial Fluid, Pleural and CSF and Peritoneal Fluid, Urine and Fecal analysis.
• Operates Automated Chemistry Analyzers to perform a wide range of Biochemical Tests
• Operates Semi-Automated Immunology Analyzers for Serology tests including CRP, RF, ASO and other diagnostic assays.
• Conduct Semi-Automated Blood typing and Crossmatching utilizing Gel Card Method
• Coordinates with the Blood Center to request and manage Blood Stock
• Receives Specimens for Microbiology testing and perform Streaking to Isolate Microorganisms.
• Receive specimens for Histopathology testing, ensuring proper handling and preparation for further analysis
• Perform Venipuncture and Capillary blood collection from patients, ensuring accurate sample and acquisition and proper labeling for various diagnostic tests.

• Operates automated analyzers to perform Complete Blood Count (CBC), Prothrombin Time (PT), and Partial Thromboplastin Time (PTT) tests. Also performs manual readings of CBC parameters, including differential count and morphology assessment.
• Prepares and conducts readings of Peripheral Blood Smears, Reticulocyte slides, and other body fluids, such as semen analysis, synovial fluid, pleural fluid, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), peritoneal fluid, urine, and fecal analysis.
• Operates automated chemistry analyzers to perform a wide range of biochemical tests, ensuring accurate results.
• Operates semi-automated immunology analyzers for serology tests, including CRP, RF, ASO, and other diagnostic assays.
• Conducts semi-automated blood typing and crossmatching using the gel card method.

• Receives specimens for microbiology testing and performs streaking to isolate microorganisms for further analysis.
• Receives and prepares specimens for histopathology testing, ensuring proper handling and preparation for accurate results.
• Performs venipuncture and capillary blood collection from patients, ensuring proper techniques for accurate sample acquisition and labeling for diagnostic tests.
• Monitors supplies and reagents to maintain laboratory functionality and avoid disruptions in testing.
• Performs internal quality control (QC) for laboratory instruments and machines to ensure consistent accuracy and reliability in test results.
