· 1.1 Project Management Duties
● Receive tasks and deliverables from clients and assign them to Virtual Assistants (VA).
● Ensure that all VA deliverables submitted to clients are accurate and of high quality. ● Serve as the primary point of accountability for any errors made by VAs due to insufficient review.
1.2 Social Media Management
● Upload all social media posts for clients daily.
● Monitor engagement and ensure timely posting and updates.
1.3 GoHighLevel (GHL) & Automation Tasks
● Learn and manage GoHighLevel (GHL) for automation purposes.
● Oversee and implement automation workflows for clients.
● Ensure all automations are tested before submission to clients.
1.4 Ads Management
● Responsible for running advertisements for clients across designated platforms.
● Monitor ad performance and optimize strategies as needed.
1.5 AI Programming & Quality Assurance
● Manage AI programming tasks for clients.
● Thoroughly test AI functionalities before deployment.
1.6 Client Communication
● Serve as the primary liaison between DigiMum’s Quarter and clients.
● Communicate with clients via WhatsApp and Skype to ensure clear and efficient collaboration
* Set up and support a variety of computer hardware, software, network and associated peripherals, including hardware and software installation, Maintenance Troubleshooting and upgrade
* Diagnose and resolved hardware and software problem, referring more complex networking problem to network administrator or supervisor
* Set Up, Monitor, Control and Maintain the studio electronic device such LED Light system , Sound system, Live for Technicians
* Can communicate with operation via telephone or email to ensure that you understand the issue and they understand the resolution.
* Define, coordinate, and prioritize customer feedback and ideas into engineering requirements for future enhancements to Livestreams services.
* Coordinate with ISP/Oversea Team and Third parties technician for troubleshooting the problem.
* Reports daily check list.
* Document, Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems.
* Test and evaluate new technology.
* Support Daily IT Technical/Technician Operation Backups, Security and Assistance maintain the best quality of Services.
* Reports daily check list, MRTG, Telephone, Hand Over in the shift
* Responsible for special project and special request from supervisor.
* Other tasks as maybe assigned.
