Every child has unique characteristics, and as educators, we need to distinguish an effective teaching approach to engage students' interest, trust, and participation. I used a self-directed method in teaching. A self-motivated student will actively participate in class and have the courage to pursue their goals.
Curriculum Strengths
I fit the curriculum of the institution I am working with. However, my previous experience in teaching has enhanced my teaching style to include a curriculum that nurtures the whole child and supports their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth, and is theme-based. In relation to this, I also believe in the necessity of incorporating values and good morals into my teaching, including respect for people, the environment, integrity, and honesty. Since I'm a Christian and most of my previous employers are Christian schools, I can integrate faith in Christ into the classroom. I believe one of my biggest strengths in teaching is my passion for teaching and my care and love for children. I try my best to perform every task assigned to me perfectly; however, to be specific, I'm good at teaching English and Language, Science, and Christian Life Values.
