Maintaining an inventory of machine & parts needed for repairs, regular lifting or moving of copier and printers.

Managed & handled by Information Systems Department (ISD), as dedicated for Technical Services of HP & Canon Laser Printers in Toshiba Information Equipment Phils., Inc. located at Laguna Technopark, Biñan City, Laguna, Philippines. PC & Printer client support, receive end user requirements for both hardware & software. Analyze end user complain, request & inquiry. Provide countermeasures & solutions, check information log to all On-line printer services.
