Alvin Fortes

Responsible for managing the provincial coconut development programs and projects of the authority, coordinating with other line agencies and local government units to promote industry development. Enforces laws, administrative orders, rules, and regulations affecting the industry. Supervises personnel, oversees fund disbursements in accordance with accounting regulations, and manages all properties, supplies, and equipment allocated to the province. Additionally, performs other related functions as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
