I'm assisting my Licensed Agents client in Las Vegas Nevada, by processing email task. I send email to insured with different attachments like renewed policy, endorsement, ID Cards etc. I update information of our insured in the tools we used (Hawksoft). I review billing information and also accounts of insured in different carriers site like Hartford, Safeco, Travelers, Nationwide, Mercury, Progressive etc. I download past due invoice, pending Cancellation, NOCs, renewal documents and send it to insured as a notice and make a follow up scheduled task in our tool. I process renewals by gathering renewal documents, reviewing accounts information and sending it to insured as an attachment. I do email correspondence. I process COI's request. I was also trained to shop and to quote.
