• Sole talent acquisition resource of the company. In-charge of sourcing and initial assessment of qualified talents for all manpower requirements (mostly Finance and IT professionals).
• Develops and executes recruitment strategies to ensure healthy pool of qualified talents.
• Ensures smooth on-boarding of new employees through consistent coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
• Supervises third party service providers and directly coordinates with account officers for concerns.
• Responsible for ensuring healthy inventory of office/clinic/cleaning supplies in the office.
• Processed HMO enrollment and changes accurately and timely to avoid disruption on employee benefits.
• Administers company’s internal web-based performance appraisal system. Assists colleagues on queries related to system navigation.
• Helps with planning and execution of company events.
• Ensure accuracy of various HR reports like Attrition, Hiring and Learning and Development.
