Scope:

• Prepares method statement for Civil, Structural, & Architectural works.
• Prepares temporary work drawings:
  o Tower Crane Drawing Plan.
  o Lifting Equipment Concept Drawings.
  o Derrick Crane & Jib Pole Plan.
  o Concreting Plan.
  o Gondola Plan.
  o Formworks & Fall Protection Concept Drawings.
  o Construction Hoist Drawing Plan.
  o Temporary Facilities.
• Involvement in precast system:
  o Identifies the structural and architectural elements for precast conversion.
  o Review the precast elements in-accordance to the tower crane capacity and location.
  o Checking and approval of fabrication drawings.
  o Coordination with the precast supplier for the planning of delivery and logistics.
  o Monitors installation of precast elements.
• Technical Site Supports
  o Prepare construction joints, sequence, cycle, duration and constructability
  methodology as part of the project execution plan of operation team.
  o Conducts site inspection and investigation.
  o Plan review and clash detection with operations.
  o Site coordination in proper execution of methodologies.
  o Prepare conductive studies for the design initiatives of the research and development department.
  o Provides structural and architectural consultation for construction methodology.
  o Support in technical evaluation of operations.

Scope:

Tender/Planning Phase:

A.Preparation of Construction Methodology for project execution

• Conducts site visit and investigation of the tender project and neighbor structures as part of the study.
• Study the location for traffic plan and management of construction phase.
• Coordinate with planning department regarding the projected manpower for the concept plan of the temporary facilities.
• Prepare the plan for excavation sequence and the slope protection system as required by the geotechnical report.
• Prepare the plan for dewatering system during excavation phase and construction phase.
• Conductive study of the project elements needed to be lifted by the tower crane.
• Planning of construction phases for substructure and superstructure level of the project.
• Identify the construction element of the project for generating the construction sequence and to determine the cycle and duration.
• Determine the formworks system and quantities based on the cycle and duration.
• Determine the fall protection system during construction phase considering the neighbor structures.
• Plan the other vertical equipment such as the construction hoist, derrick crane, placing boom and concreting layout.
• Prepare the required estimates for structural and architectural works.
• Prepare the methodology lists for method statements of project executions.

B. Preparation of Temporary Works Drawings

Execution/Construction Phase:

• Preparation of Method Statement for Structural and Architectural works.
• Technical evaluation of material approval.
• Conducts mock-up for structural and architectural works.
• Conducts site visits and audit of the project’s construction methodology.
• Technical and site support of the operation team.
• Research and development for methodology improvement of construction phase.

Post-Construction Phase:

• Conducts site inspection of defect and liability projects.
• Prepares technical report and recommendation.

Construction Division – DMCI Homes

Project Name: Infina Towers – High Rise Condominium
Project Location: Aurora Blvd., Project 4, Quezon City, Metro Manila

Scope:

• Review structural and architectural plans.
• Prepare shop drawings, approval, and request for information to the designated consultant.
• Review and checking of rebar cutting lists and formworks design plan.
• Prepare estimates for structural and architectural works.
• Prepare estimates and projection of manpower requirement.
• Prepares structural and architectural monitoring aligned to the project schedule.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and logistics plan.
• Actively participates in everyday toolbox meeting.
• Promotes and implement safety procedures.
• Promotes and supervise workers the correct practice aligned to the QAC Policy of the company.
• Supervision and implementation of rebar and formworks installation.
• Supervision on concreting works of structural elements.
• Monitoring and coordination of vertical equipment’s of the construction.
• Prepare rolling activity schedule for upcoming weeks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Study the actual productivity versus on the required productivity.
• Monitors the project flow, cycle, and duration of the construction.
