- Supervises all warehouse activities including ordering, receiving, storing, documentation and issuances of spare parts, fuel and lubricant, gasses and other plant wide supplies.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of two separate warehouses and material supplies for both Petrochem and Olefin.
- Plans, establishes and regularly reviews the resources / requirements of the Central Stores Warehouse, in terms of building, equipment and manpower to meet Operational requirements.

- Provides regular, timely and accurate reports on the quantity, movement and condition of spare parts and factory supplies inventory to be used as basis in operational requirements.

- Lead on the turn-over of materials from contractors after construction. Ensures that materials are verified and inspected by project engineers before turn-over. Documents are properly signed and agreed by both parties.
- Run Warehouse MRP for re-ordering of operating supplies needed by operations during day to day maintenance activities. Ensures materials are readily available whenever needed.
