• Team Leadership & Development:Recruit, train, and mentor HVAC technicians and service managers.
  Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer service excellence.
  
• Customer Relations & Service Excellence:Act as the primary point of contact for high-level client concerns.
  Ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded.
  Address service complaints and implement solutions for customer retention.
  
• Sales & Business Development:Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
  Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for revenue growth.
  Monitor market trends and competition to maintain a competitive edge.
  
• Compliance & Safety:Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.

• Manage HVAC projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align project requirements.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Monitor project progress and address any technical or operational challenges.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality control assessments.
• Ensure HVAC systems meet performance, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design, installation, and operational issues.
• Optimize system efficiency and sustainability through energy analysis.
• Assist in preparing project budgets, cost estimates, and material procurement lists.
• Maintain project documentation, including specifications, reports, and compliance records.
• Prepare technical proposals and reports for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Assistance:Assist in designing, installing, and maintaining HVAC systems.
  Support senior engineers in conducting load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection.
  Help prepare technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
  
• Site Supervision & Coordination:Monitor and assist in the installation of HVAC equipment at project sites.
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
  
• Testing & Troubleshooting:Participate in system testing and commissioning activities.
  Identify and troubleshoot HVAC system issues under supervision.
  Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
  
• Documentation & Reporting:Prepare reports on project progress, equipment performance, and test results.
  Maintain records of maintenance activities and service logs.
  Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project proposals.
  
• Learning & Development:Undergo training on HVAC system principles, energy efficiency, and new technologies.
  Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

Ensure all HVAC installations and repairs comply with industry standards and project specifications.

Team Management: Supervise and coordinate project teams, including technicians, engineers, and subcontractors.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

Technical Oversight: Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HVAC systems.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their concerns.
Communicate project updates and ensure client requirements are met.

Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses to stay within budget.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Quality Assurance & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct inspections and quality checks on installed HVAC systems.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project reports, material requisitions, and progress documentation.
Submit reports to management regarding project status and challenges.

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for HVAC systems in compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits of HVAC installations to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Verify materials, equipment, and workmanship against approved submittals and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).
• Perform testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct pre-installation and post-installation inspections for HVAC equipment such as chillers, air handling units (AHUs), ductwork, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
