Aireen A. Orquio-Arabis, RGC, LPT, MS Clinical Psychology, is one of the guidance counselors at Ateneo de Davao University. She is an active/regular member of the Philippine Guidance Counselors Association, Inc., Asia Pacific Career Development Association (APCDA), and Davao Association of Guidance Counselors. She is a licensed Professional Teacher and a Guidance Counselor. She has accomplished and presented educational and special group research like honors students, academic probation students, and students with special needs. She has created and implemented programs in the university like parenting, peer counseling and career guidance programs. She trained in the Center for Family Ministries at Ateneo de Manila University for premarital and marital counseling. She volunteered as the guidance counselor of Divine Word Formation Center in Davao City. She is the School Guidance Consultant of the iLink College of Science and Technology in Midsayap, Cotabato. Her philosophy as a school counselor is an open discussion for students. It gives an opportunity for the students to express personal concerns, plans, and dreams. These give a clear view on how to facilitate the student to reach his/her highest potential. Currently, she is a part-owner of Prime Aim to Victory (PAV) Counseling and Testing Center in Midsayap, Cotabato.
