•Focuses on the management and financial recognition of complex partner programs

•Support and advise Product Management, Marketing and Special Costing departments in order to understand and operationally execute partner and internal objectives

•Proactively claim, collect, reconcile and document the status of large partner receivable balances

•Assist with internal and external audit requests related to responsibilities.

•Coordinate and review the implementation of partner funding programs to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the funding as recorded in the general ledger

*Manage the company's rebate programs, including rebate agreements, calculation, accruals, and payment processing for HPI and HPE

*Prepare Accrual Reports and Internal Invoicing for GL Accounting

*Collect, clean, and analyze rebate data from multiple sources, including ERP systems, data warehouses, and spreadsheets.

*Analyze rebate data to identify trends and opportunities for rebate optimization and provide recommendations for process improvements.

*Review and validate rebate claims for accuracy and compliance with rebate program guidelines.

*Work with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

*Continuously monitor and evaluate rebate program performance and provide feedback and recommendations to senior management.

*Identify trends and opportunities for rebate optimization and make recommendations for process improvements and changes.
