• Supervise and oversee the small grants component for local training service providers to help integrate Work-Based Learning (WBL), entrepreneurship training and coaching, private sector engagement strategies, and technical training into their existing programs and services for ALS learners and TESDA trainees
• Lead activities to build the capacity of local youth service providers to offer and implement job/employment intermediation services
• Provide technical assistance to youth service providers and YDAs to ensure they use a holistic lens when conducting outreach to the private sector, youth-serving organizations and training providers, through EDC-led training/workshops for YDA and youth networks; and other capacity-building activities for city/municipal youth alliances including youth service providers
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of community mappings within their region including the LGU representatives, the DepEd ALS and TESDA, universities and TVET institutions, community-based organizations (CBOs), associations of entrepreneurs and chambers of commerce, representatives of parents’ associations, and other education stakeholders
• Coordinate with city/municipal level partner agencies and local youth service providers on project supervision visits of US Embassy/USAID, EDC, DepEd ALS Task Force, TESDA national and regional offices, and other officials to his/her area of responsibility
• Coordinate with city/municipal level partner agencies, youth service providers, and relevant local stakeholders to support data gathering activities for progress monitoring, impact assessments, and operations research and learning purposes in his/her area of responsibility
• Support planning and conducting activities to strengthen the system’s service delivery, such as engaging local universities in DepEd ALS teacher professional development and, continuing education and career guidance for DepEd ALS learners, as well as, developing a pre-service ALS teacher training curriculum program for leading teacher education institutions
• Support the YDA and the Private Sector Coordinator/Officer, in conducting annual region-specific labor market assessments (LMA) and using the results to inform programming and ensure alignment of youth skills development with employer and industry needs

• Planning, designing, developing, piloting and managing BL-based training products, tools and programs of the Institute as well as ZFF’s termed partnership programs
• Provide assistance on the identification and design of appropriate learning and development measures, the conceptualization and implementation of identified training interventions, and the planning and managing of the assigned termed partnership training program
• Gathering and analyzing training and development needs, translating them into training products or programs anchored on program goals or performance objectives and in compliance to institutional product development protocols/processes
• Facilitates pilot-testing of developed designs and materials and necessary iterations based from quality assurance feedback and findings
• Functions as Training Resource Person and Manager, as needed, during actual runs of modules and workshops

• Support PESO to carry out employer engagement and development of the employer partner network
• Support PESO to carry out JSP registration and JobStarter intake
• Support PESO in coordinating the Life Skills provider, arrange the logistics and ensure completion of Life Skills Training for JobStart trainees
• Support JobStart trainees through referrals to employers for interviews
• Facilitate the signing of memorandums of agreements between JSP and employers

• Accept referral and review the client plan/documentation as provided by the referral source
• Provide services to adults who have disabilities and are challenged by employment barriers
• Assist individuals with disabilities to identify realistic employment options through vocational testing, assessment, and exploration
• Conduct transferable skills analysis and labor market research
• Provide job placement services including job development, coordination on the job support, job site analysis, and job accommodation
• Provide employment and motivational counseling
• Assist in the coordination with TESDA and private accredited technical-vocational schools to participate in the program in coordination with the training Coordinator and Employment Coordinator of the project
• Evaluate and assess the current labor market needs in coordination with the employment coordinator and plan for the technical vocational training program both short and long-term for the target beneficiaries
• Assist in the assessment and counseling of target youth on the courses available and marketable skills and align these to their respective preferences and plans
• Assist in the design of job transition programs like internships, apprenticeships, and on-the-job training programs for youth participants
• Assist the employment coordinator and business advisors in working with the relevant partners mentioned above to agree on selection criteria for the youth employment and business/enterprise dev’t pathways

• Facilitate the selection of the most vulnerable families to be included in the cash for work activities following the processes stated in CTP guidelines of Plan Philippines
• Facilitate the selection of projects/ work and work norms relevant to the restoration/ rehabilitation of natural assets both coastal and upland ecosystem
• Documentation of CTP activities such as proposal development, execution accomplishment of daily attendances sheet, requisition for payment, and project completion reports
• Ensure on-time payment by accomplishing all the forms required prior to payment at least within 7 days after project completion
• Monitor the implementation of CTP activities and ensure that project are implemented according to plan and proposal and minimum requirements such as vaccination, protective gears, and other protection measures to include accident insurance and individual beneficiaries
• Co-facilitated the development of DRRM Plan and Contingency Plans and execution in covered barangays

• Assist immediate superiors and the Kanan Watershed Management Project Planning Team in preparing, implementing and coordinating the programs, projects and activities of the Kanan Watershed Management Project at the field level
• Extend assistance in the implementation of subprojects by administration of the Project
• Provide technical assistance to LGU partners of the Kanan Watershed Management Project in the implementation of their respective subprojects
• Extend assistance in updating, drafting, finalization and institution of barangay community plans formulated under the Project
• Assist CENRO Real-Protected Areas & Wildlife Management Unit PAWMU) in the implementation of plans/programs/activities of the Unit
• Assist in the review, evaluation and submission of Project field reports prior to endorsement to the Regional Office and DENR-FASPO

• Encourages and stimulates community members to unite and organize themselves for action aimed at changing their conditions and to plan and implement initiatives to meet goals and objectives that they define themselves
• Develops capacities of children and youth and parents to identify and articulate the cause and effects of advertising being experienced by the children in the community
• Facilitates the organization of parents and children and youth associations and provides the leaders with management skills and knowledge in getting community members interested, organized, and motivated
• Creates venues for community participation in sharing experiences about common social problems, and facilities processing of these experiences to generate insight and lessons learned that can be used as inputs for future planning and action
• Guides the community in using participatory learning and action when developing proposal that is relevant and that addresses the causes of children’s poverty and other problems faced by the community
