-Lead the monitoring and processing of VUL policy related transactions such as Fund Withdrawals, Fund Switch, Change in Premium, Change in Sum Insured etc..,
- Deliver high-level service in answering/resolving customer inquiries, complaints and requests.
- Business/Transaction Process Mapper/Preparation of Business process guidelines.
- Provide support UAT testing
- Evaluate and process release of Policy Living Benefits, Death Claims, Complex Policy Change such as Conversion of Term Policy, Date of Birth Correction, Incorporation of Rider, Policy Changes such as amendment of name, beneficiaries policy assignment, transfer of ownership, trustee etc..,
- Validation of Statement of Account and Transaction Confirmation Notice exceptions.
- Process request for Issuance of Duplicate/Lost Policy Contract.
- Accountable for Data Integrity by maintaining updated and accurate policy data base.
- Perform Inbound/Outbound call and Video call authentication.
- Bank account validation for Fund Transfer Transactions.
- Participate in efforts for Knowledge sharing.
- Provide Administrative support/ Report Preparation.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support services to the Unit Head in order to ensure smooth flow of work operation.
- Render assistance in Policy Servicing and in work done by the different units in the Division.
