The primary role is to help improve the nutrition and health of individuals and families in my assigned barangay.

I serve as a frontline volunteer working under the Barangay Nutrition Committee and supervised by the Municipal or City Nutrition Action Officer.

Growth Monitoring and Promotion (GMP):

• Weigh and measure children under five years old regularly.
• Monitor and record children's growth and nutrition status.
• Identify malnourished children, and recommend interventions.
• Nutrition Education and Counseling:
• Conduct nutrition education sessions for parents and caregivers.
• Promote breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and healthy eating habits.
• Advise families on proper nutrition and hygiene practices.

• Oversaw daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
• Improved customer satisfaction with timely response to inquiries, addressing concerns, and finding effective solutions.
• Resolved conflicts among team members promptly, maintaining a harmonious working environment conducive to productivity.
